As Senior Brand Manager you will lead strategic brand management from start to finish to meet company targets and objectives and exceed customer expectations every time.
You will work from the conception of campaigns until their execution and ensure that brands are placed correctly, through understanding the target market and developing appropriate content and material to support campaigns. Furthermore, you will work with Junior Brand Managers and Brand Managers to implement 3 or 5 year plans surrounding brand vision and development across multiple channels, so you should not only be analytical but creative as well, working to increase overall brand health and customer engagement. You will also work with the PR and Marketing departments to ensure the vision is put across.
To excel in this role you will need to have a lot of experience in marketing and business behind you in similarly fast-paced, competitive, high-pressured and perhaps international companies. Through this practical experience you will be well versed in market behaviour, able to translate data into successful marketing strategies and have a strong understanding of consumer trends, needs and products. Having previous experience in a similar managerial role and in brand management at a global level will make this job an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
