Start your career as a Talent Manager in London

Talent Managers typically work within HR and Recruitment to manage high levels of recruitment activity, supervise key recruitment related policies and handle daily recruitment budget.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the delivery of a successful and forward thinking HR and Talent strategy. This could involve developing recruitment models, managing the recruitment processes end-to-end, from headhunting to on-boarding, managing a Talent Coordinator, consistently keeping a pool of candidates open to ensure an efficient recruitment process and attending industry relevant networking events. Moreover you could also be playing an integral part in the managing and developing of partnerships with external recruitment agencies to make sure there is a consistent delivery of, and access to, highly qualified candidates for your company.

This is a highly demanding role which would require several years of experience within HR and Recruiting and where the end result revolves around delivering the highest-performing workforce possible. You should be a highly proactive and capable individual who is organised, highly-driven and able to deliver results when it matters. You should also be a good team player and a strong communicator in order to coordinate HR and Talent strategy and manage across departments. You would work alongside Recruitment Specialists and work under the management of a Head of Recruitment.

In London, you could see yourself earning in line with the national average of £53,638. Due to the necessity of HR in every sector you could be working in any number of industries and could be employed at creative agencies such as Grey London or global recruitment firms like Frazer Jones.
