To celebrate our 3rd birthday, the Joblift team went on a company offsite to Vienna for two days. Joblifters from Berlin, Hamburg and London met in the beautiful Austrian capital to flee the everyday hustle and get to know all the new faces who have joined us recently. We started our first day with workshops in small groups to brainstorm new ideas about improving our product, becoming more user-centric and working on our company culture. Since we are growing fast, we wanted to benefit from all the entrepreneurial minds in our company to generate insightful ideas on Joblift’s future.
After lunch, we had a treasure hunt to explore the city. For those who haven’t been to Vienna, yet: we highly recommend it! It’s such a beautiful and charming city.

Finally, we had dinner in a vineyard outside the city in between scenic hills and old winegrower houses. It was a night full of Austrian food, fun and… wine!
After a late but delicious breakfast with hummus, falafel and other specialties at the Naschmarkt, we kicked off day two with each workgroup presenting their brainstormed ideas to the company. The presentations proved very insightful and gave us lots of promising suggestions to implement.
