Use and disclosure of information

By subscribing to the website's services, the user is required to disclose personal information regarding the user's identity, including their first name, last name, address, email, birthday and gender. The information is retained by Joblift in order to assure a proper means of communication between the company and the user. This is particularly relevant for all matters related to newsletters. All personal information is only saved electronically. Nevertheless, information regarding the website's usage may be tracked. Individual logins are saved within an electronic file. Joblift collects this data in order to improve the overall user experience. Information regarding the website's user navigation is a separate matter from all personal information.

1. Third party

All personal information is collected and is exclusively reserved for Joblift's personal use. All user related information is crucial to the website's optimal performance. The information is retained by Joblift for this specific reason. Joblift assures that the information gathered will not be used other than the reason stated, nor will it be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the user unless in exceptional circumstances provided by law. The personal information gathered will not be subject to foreign transfers.

2. Right to access, withdrawal and objection

The contact information of all subscribed users is saved. This information is retained in a secure manner. Users are granted the right to oppose, question, access and withdraw any information that is submitted. In order to do so, one must submit a request either via email or mail to the Joblift headquarters address. Also, as described in Article 2, the data used to optimise the performance of the website can also be withdrawn at anytime via mail.

In order to assure an optimal user navigation, and improve the usage of the various interfaces and applications, Joblift features cookies upon the user's Internet cache.
