What did you do before Joblift?
I studied social sciences at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Afterwards, I worked in the HR Management & Development department at Rocket Internet SE. This experience followed with a Talent Acquisition Manager position at Medici Living Group. I saw there was an opening for an HR Manager position at Joblift thanks to Marina’s [BI Manager at Joblift] Facebook post.
What do you like best about working at Joblift?
The trust that is given to me from supervisors and employees. At least I have the feeling that this the case.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Meeting everyone’s expectations regarding HR topics.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
The sun gets me out of bed every morning, which is why I am looking forward to summer so much!
What is your spirit animal and why?
The horse, because they are strong, graceful and protective.
What fictional character matches your personality most?
Mary Poppins! I enjoy taking care of all the employees and am also a little crazy.
