Junior Brand Managers enjoy an exciting role working to conceive and communicate new brand strategies, supporting international and nationwide brand and communications campaigns, researching market and competitor trends and developing creative ideas. As a Junior Brand Manager you will usually work autonomously and across departments to coordinate, implement and advise on strategy. In this role you will be responsible for campaigns from start to finish and therefore will need to communicate with clients and provide feedback and functional ideas.
Requirements for being a successful Junior Brand Manager
A confident person who has perhaps led a small team before would do well in such a role. Key qualities would also include being a team-player, excellent communication skills and the ability to think and adapt quickly as well as a creative mindset. Practical experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing experience would be desirable as well as a strong understanding of market trends and behaviour.
