Job profile – Recruitment Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for managing recruitment and on-boarding processes across departments and seniorities, sourcing the best talent, taking charge of the recruitment process for every candidate to ensure they are met with a positive experience as well as staying updated with the most recent hiring laws and regulations. You could also take responsibility for the development and improvement of existing recruiting and sourcing procedures. You will be tasked with analysing current recruitment trends and providing feedback.

Requirements for being a successful Recruitment Specialist

This job requires above all, a strong communicator, as you will be the first point of contact for candidates with the company and therefore need to represent a positive and strong brand image. As well as this, you will communicate with stakeholders with regards to identifying the best sourcing strategies. It is important that you are also detail orientated to secure the best candidates and to monitor the organisation's recruitment processes, highly organised to manage a roster of tasks at one time and also experienced within HR and Recruitment departments. Previous knowledge and experience with recruiting practices will allow you to identify potential to design new and improved recruiting processes as well as ways to optimise the recruitment budget.
