Job profile – Team Secretary

As a Team Secretary, you will most likely manage the calendars and diaries of a number of people including Brand Managers, Head of's and often even the top level employers like CFO's and CEO's. Your daily tasks will include booking meeting rooms, organising transport, office equipment, scheduling meetings and drafting emails for a variety of different team members.

Requirements for being a successful Team Secretary

Given the nature of this role, excellent organisation skills are essential, as are brilliant communication skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under a lot of pressure. You’ll need a professional manner as you will often be the initial representative of the top level managers in the company, and will often have to meet and interact with high level clients. Good IT skills and office experience is needed, as is a friendly and approachable demeanour.
