Job profile – Trainee Marketing

To succeed in such a role you should be excited and ready to learn and willing to get stuck in to really understand your business and industry. Perhaps already coming from a Marketing or Business related course of study, as a Trainee you will be able to receive hands-on experience and develop skills by assisting with the implementation of campaigns and supporting the Marketing team in their daily tasks. This could involve helping with posting on social media, researching the current market and presenting your findings by writing reports and assisting with any other promotional activities.

Requirements for being a successful Trainee Marketing

An appropriate candidate would be energetic and prepared to learn about Marketing, Sales and PR through real business experience. You should be able to work independently and work to meet deadlines, as well as being a team player who is prepared to go the extra mile. Normally a recent graduate in relevant fields with an excellent academic background and proven communication and professional skills would be a desirable candidate.
